![]() ![]() To me, that's the best way to play single-player, with HFM and More Stuff. This submod adds more flavor and alt-history (reasonable alt-history) but most importantly has a decision in 1836 to turn off railroading, which I always click. Also, HFM is quite railroaded to a historical outcome, which is why I play with HFM More Stuff as a submod, you tick both More Stuff and HFM to get both. However, some people prefer a scaled-back playstyle, which turns them off of HFM. ![]() HFM also uses HPM as a base, and just builds on top of it. HFM is amazing, it has even more flavor and events, and history and alt-history possibilities. HPM shines in that it still gives you a vanilla-like experience, it doesn't get in the way too much. Better wars, better RGO and economy, better population, way more events and flavor and decisions, and just a crap ton of changes that really help to smooth things out everywhere. ![]()
